Tapping into the power of analytics, AI, and business psychology – the specialty of the company’s founders – TalenX helps SMEs to efficiently identify and select high potential talent who are a fit for their company based on behavioural profiles, while facilitating job seekers to understand better their personality traits and suitability for the job, company, or even the industry.
Employers can build job profiles on the TalenX Platform by selecting the essential traits for the job, and the algorithm will rank the applicants’ job-fit based on their behavioural scores. The system enables employers to gain deeper insights into the natural behaviours and values of candidates and to predict their success in the role and within the company, all before even meeting the candidates.
A product trial recently concluded with FinTech start-ups, investment management companies, and educational institutions produced remarkable results. By using TalenX’s solution, these companies were able to achieve shorter time-to-hire, improved quality of interview, and tens of thousands of dollars saved from lengthy recruitment process.
For job seekers, the TalenX Personality Inventory (TPI) is also capable in producing insights to assist in career pathing or personal development. The test was featured during the recent Cyberport Career Fair and was very well received by visitors seeking career consultancy and advice.
