Cyberport returned once again to the Hong Kong FinTech Week as a FinTech Partner.

This year, the weeklong signature conference, organised by InvestHK and Finnovasia, congregated in the virtual realm and featured a smorgasbord of discussions about the latest and brightest in FinTech.

A number of sharing sessions were hosted, moderated or participated by Cyberport and its community companies this year.  These included “The Next Opportunity & Challenge for InsurTech in Hong Kong”, “Kick-starting Your FinTech Business In HK”, “FAST - New Job Opportunities In The FinTech Sector”, and “RegTech in HK – Our Strength and Future”.  In these sessions, Cyberport invited notable scholars, financial industry leaders, and community start-ups to discuss RegTech’s development potential and Hong Kong’s advantages in RegTech.

Making the most of the virtual conference, Cyberport also assembled a strong presence at the virtual exhibition. In addition to a Cyberport Booth and a FAST Booth (to promote the FinTech Anti-Epidemic Scheme for Talent Development), 18 community members spanning a swath of FinTech sub-sectors showcased their solutions at the Cyberport Pavilion.

Though the event has concluded, on-demand videos of the seminars are available for review till end of December.  Registered attendees can view the highlights and insights of this flagship FinTech conference and Cyberport’s enlightening sessions on the platform.
